Yes. We remain true to our promise of being evolved and involve by prioritizing the safety of every patient and every dental expert in our clinic. Apart from advocating for contactless check-ins, we are thorough with our health checks, the usage of enhanced PPEs, and other safety protocols.

Yes, we’re operating with a fully-vaccinated staff.

If you’re a new patient, you’re required to arrive at the clinic at least 30 minutes before your schedule to confirm your booking and complete necessary paperwork. You may also have diagnostic procedures performed prior to the start of the actual services you booked your appointment for. If you’re a returning patient, you may arrive at the clinic at least 10 minutes before your confirmed appointment.

It’s common for anyone to miss their appointments. We understand. Therefore, no fees will be charged. On your next booking, however, we will require a Php 200-worth deposit to ensure the safety of our staff, and the preparation and sanitation of the equipment necessary for your next appointment. This will be deductible from your total bill.

Durations differ per service selected. You may refer to the duration of the treatment when booking the services online.

Payment and Financial Aid


Currently, we aren’t offering this payment feature yet as we continue to look for the best insurance providers to partner with.

We value your patronage. Thus, we’re offering an exclusive membership program that is inclusive of two (2) cleanings, all necessary dental checkups, x-rays, fluoride in treatments, and a quick whitening treatment for free. To learn more about our membership rates, please refer to the services tab. We’d love to see you again.

We can definitely help you with that. When a big dental procedure is prescribed to you by our clinicians, our financial officer will automatically discuss with you about personalized payment plans.

You may settle your payments preferably through online bank transfers. Cash payments are accepted as well.

Booking


Yes, you may by calling our office at (+63) 916 619 4555 to process your request for a specific dentist or hygienist.

If you choose retract your booking, you may contact us on our official Facebook page or call us at (+63) 916 619 4555. Please request for cancellations or changes on your schedule at least 4 hours before your confirmed appointment to make them valid.

Yes, they are. Please expect a quick ‘hello’ through a call from a Cleanic representative prior to your confirmed schedule to verify your information and answer any of your questions about your appointment.

Here at Cleanic, we’re kid-friendly. We’d love to accommodate children of all ages. To book an appointment, please contact us at our official Facebook page, and we will book them for you. Please note that they must be accompanied by a parent/guardian during their visit.

Yes, you may. Walk-in appointments, however, do not guarantee immediate availability. Otherwise, we may still assist you in booking for an appointment on the next opening available. For emergency cases, we will try our best to accommodate you as much as we can.

If you are a returning Cleanic customer, we’ll get you scheduled for your next visit right away before you leave from your previous appointment. If you are new customer, we highly recommend that you book for a checkup or a cleaning first so we can determine the necessity of the procedure.

Dentistry


If you’re a Cleanic patient, and our dentist recommends you a procedure, you’re more than welcome to still seek for a second opinion. We provide in-house second opinions among our team of experts, and we can also provide you with our proposed treatment plan, which you may take to another dentist from outside clinic. If another dentist recommends that you get a procedure, and you choose to seek for our clinician’s second opinion, we are more than happy to provide one as well. We offer full dental services with rooms dedicated to preventive care, such as cleanings and routine checkups. For a more thorough list of services, you may check out our services.

While we provide in-house x-rays, you are still free to choose whether or not you prefer to acquire such services. For us to get a clearer picture of your overall oral health, we recommend a panoramic x-ray or full mouth x-ray.

As we aspire to provide a more evolved dental experience, we advocate for teledentistry. You may start by getting in touch with us on our Facebook messenger, and a Cleanic representative will give you a recommendation.
